Andrew Reeves is a former Chief Executive Officer of the large food consumer products business, George Weston Foods.
Andrew has a consumer product marketing background, and has held General Management positions in a number of blue chip food and beverage organisations including Smith’s Snackfoods, Coca-Cola Amatil, Lion (now part of Kirin) and George Weston Foods.
With his extensive experience in food manufacturing and marketing, and previous leadership roles, Andrew brings a unique skill set and knowledge base to The Healthy Grain.

Stephen has over 45 years of experience in development, project management and investment, initially in the property and construction industry. The property experience covered a range of complex and major projects in Australia, the USA and South East and East Asia.
Since 2001 he has been involved in sourcing and nurturing seed stage and early expansion phase businesses, covering a diverse range of industries.
Stephen is the Chief Executive of Australian Capital Ventures Ltd, which manages a joint venture between Hindmarsh and the ACT Government, focused on investing in early stage companies originating in the ACT region. He also overviews Hindmarsh activities relating to China.

David is a professional non-executive director with 35 years experience in
technology transfer, new venture establishment, marketing and the growth of
technology based businesses. Previously, he was Managing Director of UniQuest Pty Ltd, which commercialised innovations from seven public sector research organisations. During his tenure, UniQuest established 70 start-ups which have raised over $500 million. Sales of UniQuest licenced products now exceeds $3 billion. Prior to joining UniQuest, David managed high-growth software companies in the USA and Australia, and consulted with Booz Allen and McKinsey.
B.Sc, M.Sc (Kyushu)
Eiichi Kitazono has a double degree in organic synthetic chemistry from Kyushu University in Japan. He has worked at Teijin Limited for 19 years in a variety of roles both in Japan and the USA. Eiichi san is well published in surgical and engineering journals and he has developed a number of internationally recognized chemical patents.

Michele is Chief Investment Officer of Australian Capital Ventures Limited, a Canberra-based venture capital funds manager. Michele grew up in a number of different countries and his international experience, coupled with formal accounting, applied finance and investment and law qualifications, allows him to offer a solid contribution to early stage companies. Michele has built a solid investment management experience both in Australia and overseas and has actively supported a number of successful fast growing ventures. Michele currently chairs Capital Angels, Canberra’s angel investment network, and holds several director and company secretary positions.
