THG’s mission is a commitment to provide superior value to our FBO customers through the provision of leading edge, commercially relevant product research, education initiatives for the consumer market and ongoing research and development of the grain portfolio.

The Company’s objective is to grow shareholder value by licensing both Grain Suppliers and FBOs to the product portfolio in as many world markets and product groups as possible in breakfast cereals, snacks, bakery, ingredients and beverages.

THG’s Board recognise that, whilst the natural properties of these novel grains are significant, commercial adoption of these products requires strategies around education of the FBO and consumer and in developing and managing supply chains logistics.

Our Strategies

Create awareness, trial and adoption of BARLEYmax®, Ta Hei™ Rice and KebariTM Barley by Food Brand Owners through a proactive solution selling model that facilitates commercialisation of healthy products quickly and efficiently in Australia and Export Markets.
Raise awareness and understanding of the benefits of BARLEYmax®, Ta Hei™ Rice and KebariTM Barley with Key Opinion Leaders, Research Bodies and Regulator’s that will facilitate adoption by Food Brand Owners and encourage trial of their products by consumers.
Establish and manage an integrated and efficient Supply Chain from Farm to Food Brand Owner in Australia for domestic and export markets.
Continue to invest with CSIRO and other research organisations to enhance the agronomic performance and processing productivity of current grains as well as potential new opportunities.
Build appropriate capabilities, systems and infrastructure to execute of the strategy and ensure customer service meets the needs of our key stakeholders
